If you need stock samples,this is free,usually we provide 2-8pcs,freight collect or you pay us shipping cost.

Freight collect means you have an express account such as FEDEX,UPS,DHL,TNT,you can ask them to our office and pick up the parcel.

If you pay us shipping cost,please tell our sales person your post code then we will quote you shipping cost.

If you need customized sample,usually we provide 2pcs,sample cost is USD 10-USD 50 depend on the printing.

Please tell us the bag size,please provide us your artwork in pdf or AI file,then our designer will make a mock-up,after you confirm,we start making the sample,usually it takes 7-18days to make a sample.Such as

Mesh laundry bags,7-10days.

Garment bag/dress bags,15-18days.

Please check with our sales person for more details.

Payment terms:

If order amount is less than USD 5000,we need 100% full payment in advance.

If order amount is more than USD 5000,you can pay 30% deposit,when we finish order,we show you mass production videos or pictures then you pay 70% balance payment before shipment.

Payment method:TT(bank transfers),paypal.

For sample,usually we ship by express.

For order,there are 2 ways.

1)Ship by your forwarder/carrier,for example,you are located in UK,you can find a local forwarder/carrier,they will contact their agent in China,their agent will contact us,we ship goods to their warehouse in China then they ship to you.

2)If you don't have a forwarder/carrier,we can ship goods to your door directly by sea,air,express,train,truck.

Take Germany/UK/USA/Australia as an example,we ship to these countries every week.

To Germany/UK,we can ship by sea,air,express,train,truck.

To USA,most of our customers choose sea,we can ship by slowly vessel or fast vessel.

To Australia,we can ship by air or sea.

Please note,our sales person will tell you if shipping cost include tax or duty.

For example,when we ship to USA,usually include tax or duty.

When we ship to Japan,exclude tax or duty,before or when the goods arrive your door,you need pay tax or duty to your local forwarder/carrier.

Dear customers

Please note,different materials lifetime is different.

Such as

1)For nonwoven material or PEVA or PVC bags,usually it can be used for one year if not put in sunshine.

We did many tests in previous years,if put in sunshine for 3 months,the fabric will break down and become powder.

If you don't understand this,please check with our sales persons,we will show you pictures or a video to explain.

If you need a long lifetime for example 5 years for nonwoven material,please tell our sales person,so we can calculte MOQ,price will be much higher.

2)For mesh material or polyester or nylon or cotton or satin material bags,it can be used for many years.

It's no problem if you put in sunshine for a long time.
